Moorcroft Plastering were only too pleased to sponsor and support ‘Penny’s Memorial Day’ which recently took place at Southport and Ainsdale golf club. Penny Campbell was a former member of Southport & Ainsdale for many years who sadly lost her life due to cancer.
With teams playing in social bubbles and respecting Covid-19 restrictions at all times, a good day was had by all.
Moorcroft Plastering, Director Mark Moorcroft said the following:
“We were only too happy to give back to the local area and support a worthwhile cause. Penny was a good friend of my Mums, and we are pleased that the day was a big success”
Event organiser Dianne Gillespie would like to thank all the sponsors and all who contributed on the day to make this such a fabulous success. In total the event raised over £8500.00, for the Queenscourt hospice which was absolutely amazing!
